Planning application

A project team is then assigned with the aim to submit the planning application within 3 months, adopting a design led approach with the principle of deliverability at its core. We’re obsessive about the quality, sensitivity and beauty of scheme design to fit the character of your local area, whilst providing real community benefits. We’ve found this both maximises the chance of a successful and fast decision, whilst also maximising your land value.

We’ve adopted the Government’s “Built For Life 12” quality standard which is “the sign of a good place to live” as our guiding design philosophy, whilst also embracing the ‘Living with Beauty’ principles  detailed in the 2020 report of the Building Better, Building Beautiful Commission. Before we submit a planning application on your land, we’ll embark on a range of site investigations and  produce a suite of technical reports including:

Travel Assessment and Travel Plan;

Design and Access Statement;

Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment;

Ecology Reports;

Flood Risk Assessment.

Our planning applications deliver best value by minimising technical and planning risks, resulting in consents that developers can trust. We make beneficial use of the latest technology including computer generated imagery of proposed developments, which we’ve found planners love. Prior to the planning application being submitted, you get a copy of the final documents for approval.
