From day one we ensure our interests are totally aligned through a ‘no-win, no-fee’ land promotion agreement, where we sell your land with planning by competitive tender on the open market for its maximum value, our fee being a % commission. You also get a major say in the housing scheme that goes in to planning and in most cases we can even reserve street naming rights for a lasting legacy!  

Unlike others, we don’t use ‘option’ agreements which lock you to a single buyer and depress your land value.  We guarantee that by partnering with us, you’ll get the maximum value for your land in the  shortest time possible time, with no risk or financial outlay.
