Lucava was established in 2013 when UK house building was at it’s lowest level in >50 years. Our mission is to “Release hidden wealth for landowners whilst creating sustainable beautiful communities.”

As members of the Land Promoters & Developers Federation, we only work with landowners on very specific and exciting planning situations. If we’ve approached you to promote your land, it’s because our unique insight & expertise makes us >90% confident we’ll get you planning permission.
